Instructions for use:
Sanitary pads have adhesive strips to securely attach them to the underwear
- Remove the paper backing and press the sticky side of the pad onto your underwear
- If your pad also has wings, it has extra flaps that fold over the sides of the underwear
- For added protection, remove the paper backing, wrap the wings around the underwear and press firmly against the underside of your panties.
When to change the sanitary pad:
- You'll want to change your pad regularly to keep it clean and comfortable
Usually every 3-4 hours or more often if the blood flow is heavy
Remember that matching the absorbency of the pad is related to the amount of flow, not your body type
