MULTIPLE USES - Olsenmark Clay Handi traditional clay cookware is commonly used for cooking and serving food and also for small scale cooking such as preparing side dishes such as chicken and roast beef and desserts such as payasam. This hand has been used at home for cooking and in Ayurveda for making medicines. Nowadays, the handi is also used as a decorative bowl for perched flowers and is a part of the decoration as well.

To wash, just wet the bowl on all sides, sprinkle baking soda, scrub and rinse. Wipe it with a cotton towel/cloth and allow it to dry.
