SONY P6-120HMPL is an NTSC version, intended primarily for use in the United States of America (USA). The European equivalent of this US version is the P5-90HMP3, in fact this is the same tape from the SONY HMP series. This NTSC cassette can be used very well here in Europe in PAL, but then the duration of this cassette is only 85 minutes (PAL Hi8 system) and not 120 minutes (NTSC Hi8) as you can see in the cover photo.
